[Updated 28 Feb 2022. Terms are subject to constant changes as per COVID circumstances, so please check when you need to.]

Our students’ well-being has, and will always be a top priority for us, and here are our policies for keeping you and us safe and healthy.

Studio protocols according to official guidelines:

1.     Students above 12 years of age must be fully-vaccinated (children aged 12 and below do not have to be vaccinated)

2.     All students are required to check in and out using the TraceTogether app before entering and when exiting the studio.

3.     A safe-distance of 2m between instructor and student is required for unmasked singing

(Based on the latest guidelines from the National Arts Council.)

Extra Care:

1.     In-person lessons are limited to a maximum of 3 per day

2.    No in-person group lessons to be conducted

3.    Instructors avoid crowds or group gatherings in day-to-day life

4.    Instructors undergo weekly Antigen Rapid Tests (ARTs)

Do not come for in-person lessons if:

1.     You have tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days (14 days from the last day you tested positive)

2.     You are unwell with COVID-like symptoms (even though you’ve tested negative)

3.    It is within 5 days that you have had exposure to infected persons

4.     It is within 5 days that you’ve been issued with a Health Risk Notice (HRN) due to:

a.     Close contact with a COVID positive case; OR

b.     Having a household member that is a COVID positive case

In case of any of the above, you may choose to postpone lessons or do them online.

Last-minute cancellations due to COVID-related concerns:

You will not be charged even if it’s within the 24-hour cancellation window, and your unused lesson credit will roll over for up to 3 months (e.g. If the lesson was cancelled in January, it will be valid till the end of March).

Unused lesson credits cannot be refunded, but can be fully claimed for private lessons and in-house workshops, and partially for audio and video production services (20% of total price).

Students must have an active subscription in the month of unused credit claim.
